This privacy policy describes how AceSchool ERP connected app handles information when students and teachers log in to perform academic activities. No user tracking, analytics, or profiling is performed.

1. Identities & access 🔐

User IDs (student and teacher) are created and distributed exclusively through the AceSchool ERP admin web portal. The connected app does not generate, modify, or request new identities. All login credentials and roles are provisioned by authorized administrators via the central ERP system.

Students receive a unique student ID and temporary password through the admin portal.
Teachers receive a staff ID and access rights from the admin dashboard.
No self-registration or external sign-up is available within the connected app.

2. Activities performed 📘

Once logged in, users can perform typical educational activities:

Students: view grades, assignments, attendance, course materials, and submit work.
Teachers: manage classes, grade submissions, post announcements, and track participation.

All activity data is stored within the AceSchool ERP ecosystem and is used solely for educational and administrative purposes. The connected app acts as a secure interface — it does not retain or process data beyond the session.

We do not use cookies, beacons, fingerprinting, or any form of persistent identifiers to track user behaviour. The app does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or marketing tools. No usage logs are shared or sold.

4. Data sharing & retention

Data generated through the app (e.g., grades, submissions, attendance) is stored in the AceSchool ERP database and is accessible only to authorised school staff and administrators. The app does not share personal data with external parties.

Data retention follows the school’s ERP policy and applicable regulations.
Users may request data deletion via the admin portal or by contacting support.

5. Security measures

The connected app uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) and session-based authentication. Credentials are never stored locally. All API calls are authenticated with tokens issued by the AceSchool ERP admin portal.

Passwords are hashed and managed by the central ERP.
Session timeouts are enforced to protect idle sessions.
